Title22 ("we," "us") is a facility documentation and compliance tool for California residential care facilities, operated by EC Rental Property Management LLC, based in Fresno, California. This policy explains data collection, usage, and user choices under title22.app.
Includes account details, facility and compliance records entered by users, payment processing data handled securely via Stripe, and basic technical/usage logs.
To provide and secure the Service, power AI features via Anthropic (without training models on your data), manage subscriptions, and provide support.
We do not sell personal or facility data, hand facility records to advertisers, or use facility records for marketing purposes.
Title22 does not store resident health information. The Service holds no resident records, no medication records and no medication administration records; those features were removed in September 2026 and the existing data was deleted. Do not enter resident health information into free-text fields — it is not a supported use of the Service, and we ask you not to.
Staff records such as TB clearance, LiveScan results and certifications are employment records rather than medical records. Facilities control and are responsible for the data they enter, including any consents required to enter information about staff. We act strictly as a service provider storing and processing it on their behalf. Title22 is a documentation tool and is not a HIPAA-covered entity; this policy does not create any HIPAA relationship, and no business associate agreement is required for it.
Data is protected via encrypted cloud infrastructure (Supabase/PostgreSQL) with role-based access.
